Yamaha has finally released its production version of the Ténéré 700 adventure motorcycle which will be available in late 2019.
Thankfully it looks almost the same as the T7 prototype that has been travelling the world for the past year.
The bike has been unveiled at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan over night and it certainly looks ready for an adventure.

While it looks similar to the T7 prototype with its iconic Dakar Rally vertical style screen and four-LED headlights, it now has not one, but two 282mm front discs and a 245mm rear disc with switchable ABS.
The new Ténéré 700 will be available in Ceramic Ice, Competition White and Power Black.
Yamaha’s 689cc MT-07 parallel twin CP2 engine is narrow which makes it the perfect donor for an adventure bike.
Fuel economy is a out 5L/100km which gives it about 350km of range, which is enough to get an adventure started.
The whole bike looks narrow and nimble, though it does have a high 880mm seat which is 9mm higher than the 1200cc Super Ténéré, but 9mm lower than the Kawasaki KLR650.
Ténéré 700 sits on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear speed wheels with allrounder Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres.
Suspension travel is 210mm at the front and 200mm at the rear with a remotely adjustable mono-damper shock and adjustable upside-down 43mm forks.
The tubular steel frame and an aluminium swingarm and a 1590mm wheelbase.
It features vertical, high-contrast, dual-tone digital instruments.
Pricing should make it ultra-competitive with the Triumph Tiger 800 XCx / XCA, the BMW F 850 GS Adventure or the KTM 790 Adventure.
