War Crimes started out as 1966 XLCH basket case bought for $900 by brothers Mark & Carl Bjorklund of Bellinton Washington. This was one of the first builds for Super Rat but showcases their meticulous attention to detail. The build for war crimes was chronicled on the Jockey Journal thread of the same name.
