Check out this drag race presented to us by Autocar India where they pit a Triumph Trident 660 against a BMW M340i in a drag race.
The Triumph Trident 660 boasts a 660cc inline-three engine, delivering 80 horsepower and 47 pound-feet (64 Newton-meters) of torque. On the other hand, the BMW M340i relies on a turbocharged 3.0-liter straight-six engine, generating 382 hp and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque.
Undoubtedly, the BMW holds a clear advantage in terms of power. However, weighing a mere 417 pounds (189 kilograms), the bike enjoys a significantly superior power-to-weight ratio compared to the Bimmer. Of course, this discrepancy is due to the presence of three additional seats and a roof in the car.
