Just to start out the 1000cc V-Twin is made from 2 500cc Royal Enfield engines cobbled together. Max Hazan has handcrafted almost every conceivable piece on this bike starting with just the vision in his head he bent, cut, shaped and sculpted each part to his exacting standards. Max shaped the aluminum tank and fenders himself starting over several times before he got just the shape he was looking for. “The forks were another first for me; it was an idea I had where the moving parts of the springer mechanism would be in tension instead of compression, allowing me to use much thinner steel. All of the shocks were made from bearing bronze and use sections of fork springs with smaller valve springs inside them.”
