The ‘Greatest Show on Sand’
The Moto Beach Classic is a day of exciting motorcycle racing, motorcycle show, stunt show, music, art, and general tomfoolery all held at the Bolsa Chica State Beach in California. This is the third year for the Moto Beach Classic. While I won’t be able to attend (I have a minibike race on the 26th in the Hoosier state), if you’re anywhere close to Orange Country, I suggest you look it up.
The folks who show up are an eclectic bunch and the event is bound to be a fun time. There’s plenty to do and see, and you can even register to race if you’re interested in some flat track racing or drag racing. The bike show is full of customs and classics, and it all happens on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
The event is more a mashup of everything California and that makes it an interesting event that even non-motorcyclists should think about attending. I wish I lived closer to The Golden State because I’d consider making the trek out. Maybe I’ll be able to hit it next year.
