The project page for our 2015 Bonneville Land Speed Racing bike. The BSA Salt Flash – Turbo 750cc A10 running on methanol. After our adventure at Bonneville in 2012 alongside 6 other teams of bikers running purpose built land speed racing (LSR) machines, we just couldn’t resist going back for another attempt. The 2012 exploits were featured in the BBC programme, Speed Dreams. as for the vertical holes in either side of the tank….. “After making the head brace we couldn’t remove the spark plugs without taking the tank off… no good at all. So we put 2 big holes through the tank. Lots of work!”
