The bike’s name: Pala Duro, means Hard Shovel in Spanish because the bike is running a Harley-Davidson 80 inch Shovelhead and it’s a hardtail. Rick Bray did all his own fabrication and lathe work on the brass components from the gas cap to the fasteners. Kirk Taylor re-built the engine. The finned rocker boxes, gas tank panels and beehive oil tank give the bike a consistent theme. The paint and pin stripe work was done by painter Kool Hand Luke. This bike took 1st place in the 2013 Artistry in Iron competition in Las Vegas.
Built In: U.S.A. Bike Style: Chopper
