Moto Guzzi Australia has been able to grab a share of the limited number of V7 III Carbon Special Edition as well as the new Rough and Milano models.
We recently rode the Carbon around Lake Como and enjoyed its soulful character and mean matte black looks with its contrasting red engine heads. Read our review here.
Prices for the limited-edition models with various extras are: Carbon (Satin Black) at $16,890, Milano (Gloss Grey) $16,390 and Rough (Matt Grey) $15,890.
Those prices compare with the current V7 III models Stone starting at $12,990, Special ($13,990), Racer ($16,490) and Anniversario ($16,990). They cost more than the V9 Roamer and Bobber at $15,190.
Limited edition models
V7 III Carbon
The Carbon is the only model built in limited and numbered production of just 1921 worldwide to coincides with the year Moto Guzzi was established.
Each model’s series number is on an identification plate on the handlebar risers.
It features red rocker covers and logos on the side fairings and a red Eagle on the fuel tank and Brembo front disk brake calliper.
The seat is finished with red stitching and composed of water-repellent Alcantara.
It also has black anodised components such as a billet aluminium locking fuel cap, black headlight frame, injector covers and rear brake master cylinder.
V7 III Rough
This version stands out for its knobby tyres mounted on spoked rims for an “urban country” style.
It features a stitched-trim seat and a passenger grab strap, aluminium side fairings and fenders, black headlight frame and classic rubber fork gaiters.
V7 III Milano
The Milano is a more urbane model like the V7 III Special.
It has the traditional dual circular display instruments, chrome exhaust and passenger grab handle, glossy tank paint, aluminium fenders and side fairings and the same alloy wheels as the Carbon.
