It’s been a hot minute since Yamaha Brazil came out with their highly-popular Star Wars-themed NMaxes – and given their flair for the cinematic (and the addictive combo of red and gold), it’s no surprise that they decided to collab with Marvel for access to Stark’s suit of armor.
MotoPinas states that Yamaha’s new Iron Man Edition MT-03 features the ‘Avengers’ logo above the LED DRL, a tank pad with the ‘Iron Man’ logo, and yellow rim stickers.
As for the heart of this beastie, no arc reactor here – instead, the bike is decked with the usual set of specs from Yamaha: an excellent 321cc parallel-twin engine that tosses around 50 pretty ponies and 24 lb-ft of torque, with the additional complement of a 6-speed gearbox, hydraulic disc brakes, LED headlights and taillights, a 37mm KYB® inverted fork with 5.1” of travel for the front suspension, and a single shock, 7-step preload-adjustable with 4.9” of travel for the rear.
With the current MT-03 hitting the belt at $4,599 USD / $5,899 CAD, this bike is only offered in Brazil for BRL 27,790 (around P250,000); should it make its way to North America, we’d probably be looking at a $4,991 USD / $6163.20 CAD for a minimum price point.
