Indian Motorcycles will have a spectacular show at the Melbourne Moto Expo in November.
The company has just been crowned the ‘Exhibitor of the Year’ at this month’s Speedshow in Auckland, New Zealand, and Australian country manager Peter Harvey says they will have a similar display in Melbourne, but “with a few upgrades”.
Among the upgrades should be the 2015 Indian range which includes two-tine paint on their Vintage, Classic and Chieftain as well as the new flagship Roadmaster full-dresser tourer which was revealed this week.
MotorbikeWriter will attend the launch of the new Indian line-up on Saturday at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, so make sure you visit this site for the latest information.
Indian Motorcycles has only recently returned to New Zealand after 70 years with a dealer at Cyclespot in Auckland. Owner Grant Woolford says interest in the brand, the bikes and the apparel was “immense”.
“Given the popularity of the World’s Fastest Indian movie, it’s no surprise we have had high levels of interest in the return of Indian Motorcycle to New Zealand,” he says. In four weeks they have already sold 39 Indian motorcycles.
