Well, First off it will keep your head in one piece if you lay your bike out. (and you will) It’s made of composite Polycarb that makes it lightweight and you wouldn’t feel like a Vegas Showgirl carrying a 50-pound piece of headgear around as you ride. The helmet is Blue tooth enabled so it lets you connect up to whatever device you want to that supports the protocol. The face shield is optically transparent and still blocks out 95% of the UV out there so you don’t look like an alien raccoon when you doff your gear.
The visor opens with a flick of a button, even while you are gloved, which is a nice touch as sometimes you want to smell the roses as you ride and feel fresh air. You also get an adjustable chin bar that makes sure everything is snug and fitted correctly.
Finally, it is streamlined and provides little in the way of wind resistance. This saves you wear and tear on your neck and shoulder muscles during a long ride.

Here we have a modular helmet that form fits around your head and gives you full protection on your ride. Aerodynamic design makes riding less strenuous and cuts down on drag. Best of all when and if you do go down and slide 40 feet on your face, your helmet will be a wreck, but your face and brain will be intact. This is by far one of the best selling points of this helmet and one that more than one customer has cited.
The bluetooth feature lets you listen to music and hear any calls coming in; however, we don’t recommend chatting while watching the road as you may get distracted at the wrong time and have to use the helmet’s primary function. The HJC is a good addition to your protective riding apparel, just don’t let it become a distraction from you safe motorcycle riding habits.
All things considered; this helmet current rates at 4.2 stars (out of 5) as it does have some minor annoyances that detract from it being a 5-star product. However, for the price and the protection it offers with its comfort we are are pleased to recommend it as a good replacement helmet and one that will serve your needs for a long time to come.
