Ducati may be crushing their podiums on the MotoGP circuit, but that’s not stopping them from punting out a seemingly endless line of consistent updates for their faithful Ducatisti – and this new livery scheme for the Supersport 950 S is no different.
The “Stripe Livery” will purportedly hit dealerships by Q3 of this year, with the bike’s Panigale V4-inspired design complementing the “two brand-new dark grey and Ducati Red colored lines located on the front mudguard and side air vents” (via Ducati’s recent press release).
“These lines create a playful yet dynamic effect against the “Iceberg White” fairing, which is further accentuated by the revamped model graphic, in line with the new color scheme.”
Expect the SuperSport 950 S to continue to tout that beautiful 11° twin-cylinder Testastretta heart, capable of 110hp @ 9,000 rpm and 68.6ft-lb (93 Nm) of yankn @ 6500rpm.
Fully-adjustable floating duties (courtesy of Öhlins) align with Ducati’s choice for a chassis showcasing high torsional rigidity, while electronics speak a fluency that includes “ABS Cornering, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Quick Shift up/down, and three Riding Modes (Sport, Touring, and Urban).”
Add those compatible Sport and Touring accessory packages (along with the Ducati apparel collection 2023), and you’ve got yourself a heavy-hitter with a fresh set of visuals for the high season of riding.
