The Aprilia RSV4 boasts a 1078cc, 65-degree V4 engine, delivering an impressive 217hp and 122nm (90ft-lbs) of torque. Equipped with launch control, traction control, and wheelie control, it weighs approximately 199kg (439lbs) when wet.
On the other side, we have the Yamaha YZF-R1, powered by a 998cc inline-four engine, producing 200hp and 112nm (82.6 ft-lbs) of torque. It features Yamaha’s “Inertial Measurement Unit,” incorporating a gyro and accelerometer to enhance the “Yamaha Ride Control” system, including traction control, slide control, launch control, lift control, and a quick-shift system with rev-matching capability for seamless shifts.
