The prism style gas tank of Deth Mettle is comprised of 10 panels hand welded into place to give it that look. Normally most of the edges on a prism tank are bent on a sheet metal brake. But that tank isn’t the only labor intensive but very unique feature of this chop. The horseshoe oil tank with it’s sight glasses is another great example. The Shovel bottom Knuckle top engine was built from scratch. Paul dual plugged the knuckle heads here, and runs dual Morris magnetos. Running a 70’s S&S L carb with mechanical linkage and a re-worked S&S cam.
