BMW discounts K and GS motorcycles

Despite record sales, BMW Motorrad Australia is “discounting” some of their 2014 K and GS motorcycles.

When we say discounting, they are providing the bikes at rideaway costs, mostly at the same price as recommended retail prices before the on-road costs are added.

The offer includes K 1300 R, K 1300 S and K 1600 GTL plus the G 650 GS, F 700 GS and F 800 GS adventure bikes. Obviously these are the models in their range that aren’t performing well and need a promo to boost sales. Meanwhile, the big GS models, S models and the new R nineT are selling extremely well.

Here are the deals available from participating BMW Motorrad dealers until, the end of November:

  • Price: $36,990 hideaway (was $36,990 before ORC)
  • Standard features: Multi-Mode power, ABS, traction control, cruise control, electronic suspension adjustment, LED fog lights, adaptive headlights, audio system (inc. blue tooth interface and GPS preparation.)
