From all I can gather this bike belongs to guy from Indonesia (Bali to be more specific) who goes by Donnie Arnawan. The bike is most likely a special order from Zero Engineering (I’d bet it’s probably the Thailand division) and uses a Zero frame and an S&S Knuckle style Powerplant. The bike can be seen in front of a a Balinese style gate in and in the photo stream of a group called “Chopperheros” form Indo.
