Got a spare $5000? That will secure you a deposit on the limited edition MV Agusta F3 800 Ago signed by arguably the world’s greatest motorcycle racer.
Only 300 of the MV Agusta F3 800 Ago bikes will be produced and each will feature a numbered embossed silver plate and will be hand signed on the fuel tank by legendary Italian racer Giacomo Agostini. Ago won a record 122 Grand Prix and 15 World Championships, including eight 500cc titles. Many claim Ago is the greatest motorcycle rider of all time.
The MV Agusta F3 800 Ago will cost $32,990 ride away which is about $10,000 more than the standard, nut it comes with more extras apart from the autograph and silver plate. It features special paint recalling Agostini’s iconic helmet and Italian flag; Bosch 9 MP Plus Race Mode with RLM (Rear wheel Lift-up Mitigation); unique forged aluminum wheels; carbon front and rear mud guards; double leather seat with red stitching; billet clutch lever, front brake lever, handlebar counterweights and rider footpegs; sport license plate holder; special edition bike cover; Certificate of Authenticity; and a Giacomo Agostini book.
The bike comes with ABS and MVICS (Motor and Vehicle Integrated Control System) with four engine maps, eight levels of traction control, ride-by-wire and EAS quick shifter as standard. It has the same power levels as the standard model with148hp at 13,000rpm and 88Nm of torque at 10,600rpm, but one wonders how many owners will actually ride and how many will simply stand the beauty on a mirror in their trophy room.
The MV Agusta F3 800 Ago will be available from July, but you better be quick and slap down a mandatory $5000 deposit now to secure one before the end of May.
