The 2023 Yamaha Zuma 125: Fun, Economical, and Affordable
Contents
Yamaha is most widely known for the motorcycles that are a part of its 2023 portfolio, but it sure does know how to build some awesome scooters. Take the Zuma 125, for example, or the BWS 125, as it’s referred to in Canada. It’s a rugged, fuel-efficient scooter with many impressive features in a compact package.
It’s powered by Yamaha’s Blue Core 125cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder engine that sends power to the rear wheel via a V-belt transmission — twist the throttle, and away you go. Since this is a scooter that will find itself in the city for the most part, the Japanese bike manufacturer has equipped it with multiple storage options.
Other features include a unified braking system, LCD instrument cluster, heavy-duty wheels and tires, and disc brakes at either end. As far as affordability and convenience go, there aren’t too many options out there that can outclass the trusty Zuma 125.
The 2023 Yamaha Zuma 125 starts at $3,799 USD / $4,699 CAD.
